Charter Bank branch management and Alberta Manager for the VISA credit card Division of a Canadian Bank

Senior marketing representative for a fully integrated Canadian oil and gas company

Senior executive recruiter, growing a company from 2 employees to 24, setting up an office in England Owned and managed a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year retail convenience store and gas bar business.

Full time with Custom Learning Systems since 1990, various speaking and marketing roles, currently Vice President, Service Development.

The focus is on improving engagement and teambuilding with the added value of aligning organizational strategy to generate high performance employees. The results are increased productivity for individuals, departments, and organizations; higher profitability; and increased patient and family  satisfaction and community reputation. Above all, the intent of every presentation is to ensure implementation of the ideas and strategies that will move people ahead on their goals.

On a personal note, Bruce is a mountain hiking enthusiast, and a regular blood donor with 528 donations to date, and was twice selected as a non-related bone marrow donor. Bruce co-produced a song as a Nurse Week tribute to nurses everywhere, called “Nurse Angel”.
